He has been the Legal Director of OHL Desarrollos (real estate division of the OHL Group), whose main business consists of the design and development of unique and exclusive projects in areas of high tourist and / or historical value. His previous experience includes negotiating real estate asset sales contracts, hotel and golf course management contracts with first-rate hotel operators (Four Seasons, Hyatt, Banyan Tree, Rosewood, Fairmont, etc …), shareholder agreements, construction and real estate development service contracts, service contracts and commercial space leases.
Graduated in Law from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid (ICADE E-1), he speaks English and Spanish, and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
