Prior to Sancus Capital Partners, Jaime led the M&A and financing department at Vector Cuatro (position he held until July 2015), focusing in M&A and financing operations in the Latin-American market (as well as leading the implementation of Vector Cuatro in this region).
Previously, Jaime was Director of one of the largest mid-market Corporate Finance firms in Spain, adding up 10 years of experience in the advising of M&A, valuations and capital raising and debt structuring in different sectors, advising Private Equity Firms and industrial players in cross-border and national transactions during this period for an aggregated value of over US$ 3 Bn; prior experience includes senior member of the Capital Markets team in Deloitte Spain.
