Creation of advisory, technical, financial and fiscal management company for renewable assets.

Vector Cuatro (now Vector Renewables) was created by Borja Escalada and Jordi Vallejo in 2007 with the aim of offering technical, financial and tax advisory and management services to investors in the renewable energy sector.

In 2011, already managing +400 MW in Spain and Italy, Langley Renovables was acquired and integrated with a view to enhancing the Group’s technical capabilities and expanding its range of products and services.

In September 2014 Vector Cuatro was sold to Flack Renewables, the largest private IPP in Europe at the time, for an EV of EUR 20 million.

In less than 7 years, Vector Cuatro became one of the world references in the provision of services in the field of renewable energies, providing services in more than 30 countries with a workforce of more than 160 employees and with offices in Spain. Italy, Japan, Canada, Bulgaria, Mexico, United Kingdom and France.

At the date of the departure of the Sancus Capital partners from Vector Cuatro, the Group managed more than 1 GW for the main players in the market, having completed more than 3 Bill Euros in operations and financing of renewable energy projects.
